We are once again taking over the SpringHill Suites Hotel in Atascadero 

 

After you register for the event you will have to call

SpringHill Suites at 805-462-3500  (do not make reservations on-line). 

Tell them you are making a reservation for West Coast Meet

MAY 2-5, 2024 

Rooms will be held for the group until April 1st. 

Rooms are $129. for Wednesday night and $219. for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights plus tax. 

 

Thursday night begins with a cocktail hour and the movie "Hairspray". 

Friday Morning there will be the "Road to Chile Verde" drive tour. 

Friday Evening will bring the Dinner followed by the "Password Game Show" and the "Hideaway Headlights Show" and competition

Saturday is the Car Show, the "Velma VonTusselo Fancy Dinner" Banquet, and The Awards Ceremony.

Fees for this year are close to those of two years ago

The event fee is $119./person and includes Saturday lunch, Saturday banquet, and Awards show

Add on Friday Drive tour at $23./person which includes lunch

Add on Friday Dinner at $46./person which includes dinner and the show afterward
